For many of us the holiday plans will need to be changed. According to the terms of the Cat Hotel this would mean you will lose your deposit. However we see that many will need to cancel and change their holidays, and feel that we have to get through this together. This is why we have changed this rule and made it friendly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your holiday, you keep your deposit until your next planned holiday. If you are not able to plan a new holiday yet, the deposit will still stand and will be used for your next holiday. This arrangement is applicable until 15th of January 2021.
We would like to ask you to help us with the administrative handling of this measure. Our system is not designed for this sort of exceptions, and we need to use excel to help us. A small mistake is made easily, so it would be great that when you book your new holiday you mention your deposit from the canceled holiday. In this way we can make sure we do not make any mistakes.
In the meantime we wil be open as usual, with off course some adaptions as in shops and supermarkets. We expect that if we can go on holiday again, many will want to book a place in the cat hotel, so please bear this in mind. Because now and in the future we will make sure that we offer all out guests a calm and not overcrowded holiday, with the service and love for cats that you are used to!
